today we wanted to comment on an existing ticket via email.
The subject was "[pelionXII.de #5437]: UPDATE: …"
and no cc (like it was in rt 1.0)
It worked so far as RT took this as a comment and added it to the
ticket. But RT also send a copy of it to the requestor. That was
not the way we expected it to work.
My question is, is it possible to write comments by email, without
correspondence to the requestor? If yes, how?
