How to remove default logos and Page titles in 3.4.2

Hi,

I am using RT 3.4.2 and I’ld like to customize RT and remove default logos and page titles … can any one help out …

Follow the directions in
Request Tracker Wiki for “Using
the ‘local’ directory” and “Modifying Mason components” for changing the
elements you need to change. I don’t have access to a working install at
the moment, so I can’t tell you exactly which elements contain the
things you mentioned.
