How to make people CC'd on original email be added as CC users on the ticket?

This doesn’t seem like it should be hard to do, But I’ve looked through
the wiki and the FAQ’s and tried to create a scrip, and I just seem to
be missing something.

For our helpdesk, if a user sends an email and C’s someone (like their
manager), we want that person to be added to the CC list of the ticket.

Anyone?

$ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs in RT_Config.pm? Make sure to read the
documentation so you don’t end up with mail loops.
