Hi
I am trying to call the CreateTickets module with rt-crontool. However,
CreateTickets requires a number of arguments, including ‘queue’ and a few
optional others.
I cannot work out the syntax for those parameters through the rt-crontool,
that is in the --action-arg section…
Can anyone help with an example of how to call CreateTickets with rt-crontool?
