First, try the search to see if your question has already been asked. Many common questions have answers in previous topics.
If your question is new, be sure to include:
- What version of RT or RTIR or extension are you running?
Other details like your DB and web server, etc. may be important, but the RT version is most important since there are many differences with different releases.
