Hi,
Is there an easy way to add attachments when I reply from within RT?
The option “Attach” redirects you to a local folder, but what if you want to
add an attachment that is already part of the ticket? Currently I have to
download the attachement, save it in a local folder, then re-attach it to my
Reply (which is time-consuming and likely unnecessary).
Any alternative?
I am working with RT v3.4.4
