How does data/obj/STANDARD get created?

This is probably a really simple question, so here it goes:

How are the files in $RT_DIR/WebRT/data/obj/STANDARD/ generated? Are they
created from the files in $RT_SOURCE/webrt/ when you install? How?

It’s an internal function the HTML::Mason templating system that RT
uses. they’re generated on the fly.
