How do I edit the autoreply?

Hi!
How do I edit the autoreply?
I try to go to configure->global->templates but there is no templates there.
When I check in the database, autoreply is there but with queue number =0.
How do I edit autoreply, do I have to change it by hand in the database?

You don’t have rights too see/edit global templates.

But I have superuser priviliges, and root isnt allowed to login since
all authentication is against the LDAP server. And also the root user
vanished when I upgraded from RT2.0.5

Add some(better debug, cause you have problem) log level for log into file.
MySQL is also helpful, Debug wiki page says hoe to enable it. And how to

Now I have enabled debugging!
Hopefully I will also find why RT think there is a lot of bounces.
