How can I get Cc:-ed people to receive email onTicket Creation?

Nevermind, I figured it out. It was simple, I just needed Admin rights to >the actual RT ticket webpage so I could go in and configure a new Scrip that >did what I wanted to do.

Can you expand on what you did for the benefit of the list/archives and maybe even a page in the wiki?

Thanks

Oh, I’m sorry.

Well, if you’ve got Admin rights on your RT System (specifically, the web
interface), then when you sign in you should have more options on the left
of your Home Page than would a normal user (e.g. “Configuration”,
“Approval”).

Select Configuration, select Global, select Scrips… You will see a list
of the current Global scrips you/your company uses there. RT can have both
Global Scrips and Scrips for each queue. What I had to do to solve my
problem was to create a new Global scrip to do what I needed. Under Global,
I chose “New Scrip” (to the left) and filled out the webform provided to
create the new Scrip. I just needed one that said “On Create Notify
Requestors and Ccs with Template Autoreply”.

If you only wanted to do this for a particular queue, I suppose you could
navigate to the Scrips for that queue and add a new one there. But this is
what solved my problem.
