Hi all
We are running RT 2.0.9
The tickets are autocreated on receiving e-mail to “rt” mail account
Sometimes its just information or smthng sent by mistake
How can I delete those tickets without sending anything to the requester,
without marking it DEAD or resolved, just DELETE, and drop it from
database ?
