Hi RT Support, When i using the below credentials logs show successfully login but not open to web Ui. root password and when i use wrong credentials logs show failed to login. Please help me out. For your reference i also attached the screenshot. T

What do you actually see after the successful login?

Hi,

The SSH server login is different from the Web UI login. If you have forgotten the Web UI root password, you can reset it following the instructions here https://rt-wiki.bestpractical.com/wiki/RecoverRootPassword

The default password is “password”
