Hi all,
I’m new to RT so any help would be appreciated.
I’ve installed all the requirements but I keep getting this error
when trying to create my first queue:
[connectdb] Database connect failed: Access denied for user:
‘rt@localhost’ (Using password: YES)
Here’s my environment:
uname -a
Linux shadow.eu.informix.com 2.2.14-12 #1 Tue Apr 25 12:31:52 EDT 2000
i686 unknown
RT version:
rt-1.0.3
Mysql version:
rpm -q mysql
mysql-3.20.32a-3
Mysql perl modules:
rpm -q mysql-perl
mysql-perl-3.20.32a-3
I dont know where to go from here.
Help!
[connectdb] Database connect failed: Access denied for user:
‘rt@localhost’ (Using password: YES)
Probably the password is wrongly configurated. Check out config.pm
