Help with scrip's with ticket history

I’ve looked on and can’t any information on how to show if possible the last 5 content on a ticket history when its assigned to an owner or the owner escalated the ticket to another person.

I know my users on their 1st time would like all or part (would like to know how to do both if possible) of the ticket history when they see a ticket assigned to them. Then the last thing they have to do is close the ticket by going to the web. Tried to look in rt3/local/html/ dir for clues and I no clue or confused as to how the history ticket is assembled.

I am very interested in being able to do this with a Scrip as well. We
have Tier 1 guys working on the ticket and then they decide that they
need to reassign this ticket to a tier 2 guy. When this change of
ownership happens, I need to send the new owner the ticket information
in an email so that they can immediately know what is going on without
hvaing to visit the web interface. I did not see any replies to this
email and was looking for an answer as well.
