Help with RT useage charts

Hi,

I have been asked to create bar charts from RT to show total counts of tickets for different criteria, for example:

How many tickets within a year were resolved within 1 hour
How many tickets within a year were resolved within 2 hours
How many tickets within a year were resolved within the same day
How many tickets within a year were resolved within 1 week

Is this possible and if so can someone shed some light on how to do this please?

Hi Dion

Have a look it the “Calculate” section of the chart page - there are options in the drop downs to calculate values of time between created and resolved. Dont know if its precisely what you want, but may be a start. Otherwise
you’ll probably have to do it by direct interrogation of the DB and some Perl/GD Graph
