Help Needed with Assigning Scripts to Specific Queues in RT

Hi everyone,
I’ve been administering and using Request Tracker (RT) for a few months now, but I still feel a bit lost when it comes to assigning a script to a specific queue. Could someone explain the logic behind scripts, global scripts, and how they’re assigned to queues?

I’ve created a new script that I want to run only for one specific queue, but I’m not sure how to set it up that way. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

On the top right of the page you’ve got a screen shot of, click “applies to” then on that page uncheck global and save it!

Then you’ll see you can select individual queues
