Help! Email Looping

I have hundreds of emails being generated my a mail loop between the autoresponders for

a queue called ‘support’ and it’s comment address ‘support-comment’

The background, I used the web interface to create a ticket for informational purposes. Since it was informational only, I set the ‘status’ checklist to “resolved”, and then created the ticket.

This seems to have triggered the mail loop, below is a small excerpt of the loop detail
