HeadsUp style changes

Hi there,

I’m afraid I have to admit to not being much of a coder, so I was wondering
if anybody out there had a script I could use.

Basically I want something similar to the module “New” in HeadsUp that I can
get SiteScope to use to monitor the content of.

I want to raise an Alarm if a New call is still in that state after a number
of minutes, so the PERL section needs to only display New tickets if they
are older than say 60 minutes.

Currently I flag an error if the string “No new tickets” does not exist, but
this is a bit “sensitive” in that it does not give the Ops time to actually
get the tickets. If it could be “No new tickets older than 30 minutes” or
whatever, and then change to the standard display of say "3 new tickets"
after that time it would help.

Anybody got any suggestions or alternatives?
