If you’re installing RT, you’ll need to have MIME-Tools installed. (It’s a
perl package). It’s become unavailable from CPAN. While I expect this
to be corrected soon, you can take advantage of Feargal Reilly’s
incredibly convenient modules mirror at: http://www.helgrim.com/perlmodules/
