Having Resolved tickets Reply to Requestor

I had changed this in 3.8.7, but cannot find the right spot in 4.0.1 to change the default action from Comment to Respond when selecting Resolve from the actions menu. Anyone find this?

You need to modify the Lifecycles configuration in the actions section.
Read /opt/rt4/etc/RT_Config.pm for more about Lifecycles. I believe
this has been answered on the list before.

FWIW, we have an upcoming blog post about lifecycles which will cover this.
