Has anyone done a conversation recap on close

Has anyone ever done an automated ticket summary sent out on ticket close?

I had a couple of people that have begun to ask me for this functionality,
but have no idea even if RT is capable of it.

We use the AddTicketHistoryToMail template from the WIKI on a
TicketResolve scrip.
