I installed RT 3.6.1, and have 2 problems:
- how can I set group Everyone rights to CreateTicket - I woking by web
interface i can’t find right place to set it. Could you give me
instruction how to set it? - mails send by rt to requestors have header Date configured in polish
(e.g. language (LC_ALL=pl_PL, LANGUAGE=pl_PL) (e.g. Date: pi�, 24 lis
2006 17:25:42 +0100). Therefor it is bad displayed. How can I set lang
for RT?
