Greek Language Problem

Anyone can help please?

When I’m creating a new ticket with Greek Characters in Subject and
Message, i am getting the following error.

When I’m creating a new ticket with Greek Characters in Subject and Message, i
am getting the following error.

You’ve neglected to tell us your RT and RTIR versions (since this
error clearly comes from RTIR, the RTIR version is important).
