We are still using RT 3.8.7 on CentOS. I made some tests with GPG which went just fine. Now, I have some recipient which want to send me not HIS public key, but his COMPANY’S public key in order to encrypt the emails we will send to HIM : according to RT’s Gnupg documentation, I don’t believe RT (3.8.7) allows it (using, for encryption, a key which does not contain the recipient’s email address): can anybody confirm ? Is there any way I can implement that with RT ?
