Going to rename platano-css soon

Folks,

I expect that soon, we’ll start making public releases of the new
features available in the quebec, chaldea and platano branches, presumably
as the RT 3.5 “Development” series leading toward a 3.6 or 4.0 release.

It’ll end up as 3.5-TESTING sometime in the next week or two unless
something else comes up.

I probably missed this before, but could you give us an idea of the new
features in this upcoming version?
