We installed the IR extension onto our RT box and have been working with it. I’ve noticed that it doesn’t seem to be sending an email out when we do an investigation, etc
I’m not the one who does the installs, etc so I’m not sure what was done during setup but is there anything that need to be configured for that to work?
The RT system sends emails just fine so I know the server will send emails. I’m not sure if I need to turn on a specific type of scrip. I watched the IR admin video and did see them talk about turning any scrips to make it work.
Any help or thoughts are appreciated.
