FW: Problems with 3.0.9

This is the default scrip for either replying from the web interface, or if
an e-mail is sent to rt3… I have not touched any of the defaults…
These are the scrips that should reply to an e-mail…

I expected that the scrip with an oncorrespond does a notify to requestors
and ccs, should generate that e-mail… It is on stage: transaction create

Thanks again for any assistance,

Ron

I restarted apache-perl…

any further ideas?

No ideas about problem except scrip configuration.

“No recipients found. Not sending.” Mean that rt has collected all
recipients then filter array and get empty list.

What is exactly scrip description which you want to trigger? And what
are you doing to trigger it?

	Sorry, Ruslan.

PS: Always reply to list too.

Ron

By default action actor not notified unless you set $NotifyActor to 1 in
config.
Then look in your scrips better may be you’ve forgot somebody
notifications.

  Good luck. Ruslan.

I’ve installed 3.0.9 clean on a debian server, adjusted postgres to allow
local connections… and all works fine, except… If I reply to an

e-mail,

this is what I get… and even when I use the web interface to reply, I

get

the same error… Interestingly, the requestor e-mail is set correctly.
Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Ron
