Anyone have a clue about this?
I feel I should clarify that this is RT’s root user. The system root is
working as it should…

Our company has been testing RT for a few months… Yeah, were slow…
Anyway, suddenly the root user does not have permission to do anything…
like update a users comments, etc.
I’m sure someone did something that they shouldn’t have, but I do not have
any idea where to begin.
Can someone please drop a brutha a clue?
