Is there a way to make all the manual changes in RT user interface (like creating queues, modifying rights, adding scrips) be done automatically during setup?

Hi,

The functionality you are looking for is the initialdata file the
documentation, can be found below:

Also checkout the initialdata file in the RT install tarball for further
information. We created a RT module
that does the configuration and setup for our RT system.

You just install it as you would any other module and off you go.
