I have problem with previous and latest version of RT and RTIR. After fresh install i create Incident report ticket. And add 2 correspond emails. Both get info about ticket creation. That cool. But if i replay and select only one recipient, on replay both get emails.
Have someone same problem?
On upgrade from RT 4.2.10 to 4.4.2 same problem. On version 4.2.10 don’t have that problem.
