How would I forward emails from an Exchange server to Request Tracker? I think I found some information on ho w to setup on the Exchange side but I’m not sure how to tell RT to listen and take the emails as input.

The easiest way to get mail from an existing email account on an
Exchange server is probably to set up fetchmail to pull from the account
and pipe the email into rt-mailgate similar to the example in the RT
