Hello World,
i had installed RT today and it works fine.
But as usual there is something to change.
I would like to increase the default font size within
the request or comment text field.
Does anybody know how to do this?

You’ll want to edit the file:
rt/lib/rt/ui/web/manipulate.pm
Line 14 looks like:
$MESSAGE_FONT=“-1”;
Just change the “-1” to a number more of your liking…
