I am in the process of setting up a test environment for Request Tracker so that we can evaluate the product as a team before getting a prod environment setup. For the test environment we are using postgresql and apache for the database and webserver respectively. I have been following the instructions at ManualInstallation - Request Tracker Wiki, and changing things as necessary to get it to work with rt6 (Docs are written for rt5 install.) I have just finished configuring the webserver, and see the login screen when browsing but it is not fully populated(See image below). I suspect I may have messed something up during the configuration stage, but cannot for the life of me figure this out(this is my first time deploying a linux server, database, and web server.) Any help would be much appreciated, and I can provide any further logs that would help diagnose the issue.
(Additional note, it will accept my root login credentials on this page but fail to redirect)
