I’m using RT 4.4.4 on CentOS8 with Postgres 10.6.
I’ve defined custom field with “file upload” type.
The problem is cyrillic filenames replaced with symbols like question mark in diamond:
So in DB placed disrupted filename sting.
It seems something wrong with characterset settings
In DB server standart encoding set to UTF8.
While “Enter one value” custom fields with cyrillic values are stored correctly/
Please suggest what is wrong with installation (may be DB or Apache configs need to be improved)?
