Feature Request - email notifications

Hi Jesse,

I hope your enjoying Japan, you bum. We’ve got RT 1.0.7 up and
running here and it’s been great. Couple of minor problems with the
install, etc, but nothing too major.

But there is one feature expansion that I’d like to see in 2.0 when it
comes out.

Right now, most of our admins have opted out of email notifications
when a call changes status, etc. But this means they have also opted
out of getting comments via email as well, which I think is wrong. Or
should at least be a seperate option.
