Is there a document somewhere describing the features of RT 2 (vs. RT1)?
I’m hacking on RT 1 and have some larger projects that I would rather not do
if they are going to be in RT 2.
Features that are “on my todo list”:
Queue filter options being saved for each user so that you don’t have to set
them each time you login to the web interface.
Spelling checker in the comment and replies.
Some sort of auto-redirect/vacation functionality so that when a user is out
for a week, responses are sent to another RT user.
