FCGI Error

Dear All,

I am getting this message for a long time from my fcgi server as there
are incomplete headers ( 0 bytes) from rt apache log. how can i
resolve this problem.

Whenever the fcgi server is run on the server it id returing the login
page. bu am unlucky woth the browser
