We have just recently started to use RT (3.0.12), and have a some
queues with a number of custom fields.
When updating tickets from these queues, I have noticed that
occassionally fake entries are produced in the history. It seems that
sometimes the system thinks that the user has deleted a value and then
added the same again (which did not happen). Has anyone else
experienced anything similar? Can this accidentally result in data loss?
