Failing to deliver mail to queue with qmail

Hi,

I’m having problems with the mailgate delivery with qmail.

When trying to send a mail to the queue support I get the following error in
qmail-send log:

2002-08-08 11:09:43.166751500 starting delivery 15: msg 491629 to local

The thing is that the config.pm file do exist, and within the path of the
@INC:

ls -al /usr/local/rt2/etc/config.pm

-r-x------ 1 root rt 14339 Aug 8 08:25 config.pm

cat /var/qmail/alias/.qmail-support

|/var/qmail/bin/preline /usr/local/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue support
–action correspond

Anyone got any pointers to what I can do to make the mail inject into the
queue?

And, which user is running rt-mailgate?

I must have been blind. :wink:
