ExternalAuth and password changes

we’re using ExternalAuth to autocreate users from ldap. works great, but if a user changes their ldap password, RT does not seem to know about it and requires the old password to log in, i assume rt just stores the password supplied when the user first logs in?

is there any way to keep these passwords in sync?
