Export Data from RT

Hello,

We need to export data from RT, including all ticket information (comments,
custom field values, etc.).

Export into what? Any format requirements?

Thanks for your response. We are fine with any file formats as long we are able to get the data exported.

The quickest and easiest then is probably to do a MySQL database dump using mysqldump. That can produce either a set of SQL statements, or XML output (using the --xml flag).
