/etc/my.cnf

I am using RT
3.4.2 on Fedora Core 3.

Apparently I do not have a /etc/my.cnf file.

Now I need to change a parameter in this file…max_file_size setting

My question is how can I create it and have mysqld look at that file
for it’s config?
