For some odd reason, when sombody emails by support@ email address i get the
following error in my syslog…
Jul 10 22:29:10 ns RT: RT could not load a valid user, and RT’s
configuration does not allow for the creation of a new user for your email.
The ticket is not created in RT, however if I email the system from one
specific email address it works. This email address is registered to my
username in RT.
