Error on creating a ticket

Hi,

For some odd reason, when sombody emails by support@ email address i get the
following error in my syslog…

Jul 10 22:29:10 ns RT: RT could not load a valid user, and RT’s
configuration does not allow for the creation of a new user for your email.
(/usr/local/rt3/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm:466)

The ticket is not created in RT, however if I email the system from one
specific email address it works. This email address is registered to my
username in RT.

Any ideas?

You need to grant Everyone the right to CreateTicket.
