Error messages

I have found 3 messages in the logs like this:
[Tue Jan 13 12:11:44 2004] [debug]: checking if the new ticket has the
same id and effective id… (/opt/rt3/lib/RT/
[Tue Jan 13 12:11:44 2004] [error]: RT::Ticket=HASH(0x99e5cb4) couldn’t
set status to resolved. RT’s Database may be inconsistent.

Should I be worried, or can I safely ingore this? Our local users have
not complained yet but I dont want to wait that.
