I’ve got a couple of perl processes which generate e-mails to automatically
create tickets for recurring tasks.
I’m using the enhanced mailgate in RT to set things like priority and
keywords. Has anyone gotten this to work with automatically generated
emails from Net::SMTP? I can fire off an e-mail (Outlook) with the
appropriate pseudo-headers and it works, but the automatically generated
e-mails don’t get the pseudo-headers read and set on the ticket.
Ideas?? Exactly what is enhanced mailgate looking for in the message body?
