Enhanced-mailgate and setting keywords

i am successfully able to create a ticket and set a
requestor via email, such as:

RT-Requestor: + nobody@science

but am unable to set keywords in the email, like:

RT-TestKS: /test/subtest

it parses the lines out of the message body, but does
not actually set the keywords. i’ve tried various
formats with slashes or without or just subtest,
etc… but to no avail. TestKS is a keyword selection
which is set to allow children of test (e.g. subtest).
just as it appears above, test is a child of / and
subtest is a child of test.

does anyone have an example of what format the
keywordselect and keywords are supposed to be entered
in an email for the enhanced-mailgate to take care of
setting them? thanks for any hints.

just thought i’d drop this back in the mix…

does anyone have an example of what format the keywordselect and
keywords are supposed to be entered in an email for the
enhanced-mailgate to take care of setting them? the readme says:

[+|-]

but to the best of my knowledge it must be prepended by RT-, and to work
similarly as other settable options, there would be a colon after the
name of the keywordselect. sadly, after many different combinations, i
still have not successfully set any keywords (although i can set the
requestor and such). i have spent a few hours looking through the code,
all to no avail. i still believe it’s a simple “you should have the
slash over there, not in there”, but any help (including a snippet from
a working email) would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
