Enabling 'take' action in unowned tickets window

How do I get ‘take’ action to be availabled at unowned tickets window ?
When logging as admin, this action does appear along each ticket on this
window.
However when a different user logs in, the same does not happen.
This user belongs to a group that has been granted privileges to make
any changes to tickets, queues and global information.
If this user does a search and selects a unowned ticket from the
results, then he(she) will be able to take the ticket.
BTW, I am running RT 3.6.0.
Any guess ?
Thanks,
Dário

Ok, may not be this easy, but did you check to see if the ‘Take’ option is there in the Show Columns option when you ‘edit’ that window?-----Original Message-----

Yes, I did. The ‘Take’ option is there as loc(Take).
I just wonder if this is an expected behaviour or a bug.
First I thought it was a permission problem, but then I noticed the user
could take the ticket using a different way.
Any help is appreciated.
