Empty tickets with no subject

Dear all:

I have upgraded from RT2 to RT-3.2 at Fedora Core 1, run well, but I have
small problem

I have 8 queues at my helpdesk and every queue has it’s separate email
address, and I’m using rt-mailgate to send email for every queue.

My problem is when sending email for any queue it’s create the ticket at my
helpdesk except one queue (abuse queue), when send email to
abuse@mydomain.com it creates empty ticket with now subject,

Can any one help me?
