EML attached adds people in Ticket

Hello people,

I want to know if anyone is facing this problem:

  • When someone adds a ‘.eml’ file in a ticket, the people who were as requester or sender of that mail are added in the RT ticket.

This causes people who are not necessary aware of the ticket. Is there a way to solve this?
