Hello,
Does anyone know how I can modify the Update.html page so no emails are sent
when you select the Resolve link? I want to turn off the emails because then
I can create a template (OnResolve) that sends an email to the requestor
with the solution description and avoid that the requestor receives 2 emails
each time a ticket has been resolved.
Any help would be appreciated.
