Emails from RT have wrong From header

I’m trying to figure out how to get the mail headers to specify a
list@hostname.domain.com rather then just list@domain.com

Specifically, I have rt-brokensigs@jumper.secteam.netscreen.com as a
correspondence address, but email from the queue is sent from
rt-brokensigs@netscreen.com. To make things a little more complicated,
my mail server (jumper) is the RT3.0.0 DB, but the web portion runs on a
seperate box.

I do have email to rt-brokensigs@jumper.secteam.netscreen.com working,
I just need email from the system to have the correct From: address.

RT 3.0.0. Web running on Linux, apache 1.3.27, modperl 1.27. DB
is on Solaris 7 w/ MySQL.

Thanks.

All emails by me are PGP signed; a bad signature indicates a forgery.

Your MTA is canonicalizing an MX record. This has nothing to do with RT.On Fri, Apr 25, 2003 at 02:07:41PM -0700, Aaron Turner wrote:
